We are a team of self-professed foodies and branding junkies, and the equal love of both led us to il laboratorio del gelato<\/em> for much needed I-team indulgence!<\/p>\n

The lower east side lab takes traditional Italian ice cream making for a new spin with its modern, under-designed open space, that allows consumers a behind the scenes glimpse into their old-world style of ice cream making.\u00a0 The retail environment is a site to behold, but nothing compares to the first time you sink your teeth into one of their made-fresh-for-the-day fruit sorbets.\u00a0 One bite of plum sends you reeling into childhood memories of warm victoria plums picked straight from the tree.<\/p>\n

From their beautifully sterile environment, pristine logo, and packaging design<\/a> that is as simple and pure as the gelato inside it, we are in love!<\/p>\n
