The\u00a0fact that their latest\u00a0iteration is\u00a0the first in brand history to fully exclude the Pepsi name illustrates the push toward becoming not only a household name, but a household icon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-487\" src=\"https:\/\/imagemme.com\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/logo-5.jpg\" alt=\"logo-5\" width=\"240\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the Starbucks logo developed stronger, thicker lines in lieu of its more detailed predecessors. It\u2019s no coincidence that retro-fashion has been comfortably\u00a0\u201cin\u201d for quite a while now, and basketball remains the professional American sport with the strongest ties to the world of pop-culture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-489\" src=\"https:\/\/imagemme.com\/newsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/logo-7.jpg\" alt=\"logo-7\" width=\"228\" height=\"221\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Greyhound has taken a middle ground, stripping away the old red, white, and blue median lines while reinstating the company name\u00a0at the bottom. The logo today looks as unremarkable as it did in 1912.
