Electing Brand Ambassadors
From the juicy scandal surrounding KFC’s rotating cast Colonel Sander’s impersonators, to Old Spice’s announcement that Von Miller, the two-way chicken farmer / NFL linebacker, would be their new spokesperson, brand ambassadors are enjoying a moment in the limelight beyond their thirty-second TV spots. This got us thinking about a few of today’s trending personalities, and what brands they could represent.

Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley, along with every other major bank, has seen better days since 2008, so they need an brand ambassador with a proven record of delivering on investment.

Jennifer Lawrence
While it’s been a big week for Von Miller, it’s been an even bigger week for Jennifer Lawrence. On August 23rd, she was announced as the highest-paid actress of 2016, amassing $46 million dollars. With studios consistently investing that much in her, it stands to reason they’re getting a strong ROI.

DoubleMint
DoubleMint doesn’t seem to be doubling down advertising these days, but in the past they’ve produced some of the media’s best pairs of twins. So, if you’ve been watching the Olympics, you know which two teammates captured the world’s imagination.

Filipino Divers
With their matching back-flops, including at least one 0.0 score, Fabriga and Pahoyo were double-the-fun to watch, and got themselves in double-the-trouble on the internet.

MPP
Founded in January 1995, the Marijuana Policy Project is the largest organization in the U.S. that’s focused solely on ending marijuana prohibition. The battle for legalization has come a long way in the past twenty years, however the war on drugs is far from over, so they’d need a spokesperson who never stops fighting.

Nate Diaz
Nate Diaz is best-known for reaching the final bell of his fights, no matter how battered and bloodied he is. Since his last post-fight press conference, in which he was admittedly vaping cannabis oil, Diaz is also well-known for his outspoken support for legalization. So if MPP wants a true believer who will never stop fighting for the cause, Diaz is their man.
